Want information removed from ProviderWire?
If your NPI shows personal contact details you’d like removed, you don’t need to email us. Anyone authorized to update an NPI through NPPES can also update their NPI details ProviderWire by clicking the Claim button on their NPI page. This will allow you to redact your address or phone number, or remove your entire NPI page from ProviderWire.com. Learn more about claiming an NPI on ProviderWire.

Are there information accuracy issues with your NPI?
All NPI information on ProviderWire comes directly from the CMS NPPES registry, which means any updates made there will automatically reflect on ProviderWire. If your NPI has inaccurate or outdated information, we encourage you to update it at the source first, as this will ensure it reflects on ProviderWire too.
